I installed odoo in windows, when i create the database y select Spanish (VE) / Español (VE) in language, but after that, some parts are still in english, button "create", "edit" and "save"... here need it in spanish... is a bug?

If you are talking about version 9.0, then you can see that it is translated at 61% only yet: https://www.transifex.com/odoo/odoo-9/dashboard/ . If not, load the language in the Settings menu (be sure to have technical features enabled).
No, i was talking about version 8, is a bug in nightly installer, doesn't takes transtalions totally, but i downloaded a installer from official site in spanish and that installer works... i thin the nightly versions have a bug.
This is hard to believe, I'm sure many people have installed Odoo using the official packaged installer and loaded the spanish translation without any problems. If you believe there is a bug, you should exactly describe what and how did it.
