Je vends des produits personnalisables. J'aimerais savoir s'il est possible de créer, dans la fiche produit à destination du client, un encart dans lequel il peut écrire la personnalisation qu'il souhaite ? Si oui, quelqu'un pourrait m'expliquer la bonne marche à suivre ? Car j'ai réussi à créer un encart depuis ecommerce > caractéristiques > créer et en cochant la case "est une valeur caractéristique" mais lorsque je simule un achat en remplissant l'encart de personnalisation, rien n'apparait une fois dans mon récapitulatif de commande. En revanche, cela fonctionne depuis le bouton d'ajout panier qui apparait lorsqu'on survole une fiche produits (depuis la page boutique qui regroupe l'ensemble de mes produits).
De plus et pour finir, le nom de l'attribut et de la valeur apparaissent en doublon, en petits caractères sous mon onglet "ajouter au panier". Est-ce normal ? Y a t-il possibilité de retirer ça ?
Je débute sur Odoo, cela fait 3 jours que je survole l'éditeur pour comprendre/apprendre son fonctionnement. Mais certaines choses m'échappent et me bloquent.

I sell customizable products. I would like to know if it is possible to create, in the customer's product sheet, an insert in which he can register the customization he wishes? If so, can someone tell me the right way to go? Because I managed to create an insert from ecommerce > characteristics > create and by checking the box "is a characteristic value" but when I simulate a purchase by filling in the personalization insert, nothing appears in my order summary . On the other hand, it works from the add cart button that appears when hovering over a product sheet (from the shop page which groups all of my products).
Also and finally, the attribute name and value appear in duplicate, small print under my "add to cart" tab. Is this normal? Is there a possibility to remove this?
I'm new to Odoo, I've been flying over the editor for 3 days to understand/learn how it works. But some things escape me and block me.
