Not yet. The "website" modules are in development, so maybe in the near future can be seen.
Although I do not think it's a factory feature that currently (and earlier versions) OpenERP allows you to sell products even if you do not have (by staying negative stocks).
Just opened a question to build a module to add the feature that allows you to sell only stocks you have.
