Hi,
Am using Odoo 12.Now for every actions occur a mail is sent to the customer.In my case every actions taken in the sale order is sent to the corresponding customer.how can i handle this issue.

Hi,
Try to check the below case.
Click on the user on the top right end->Select Preferences-> Check the Notification Management
If the notification management is set to Handle by Emails then change that option to Handle in Odoo.
