I'm trying to include the Chatter Container in the Print Document Layout.
For instance, I would like to include the messages thread when I print a Helpdesk Ticket or an Order-Quotations.
Do you think it is possible?

For me, the way doing this would be to get the related information from, I think it was mail.message table directly. This is where Chat message goea. So take a closer look into databases to find related information.
