I included new fields but some do not apply to the other companies. ย How can I make a custom field only visible and required for one or more of the companies?

You can set a group from "Limit visibility to groups" while creating a field in Odoo Studio.ย
Inside this, you need to select "Multi Companies" group.ย
Then from top you can add condition to make it required.ย
