I am new here. Appreciate in advance for your answers. 

I need to get all the product photos (main photo and additional photos for each product) and also the PDF attachments. For the photos, I try to manually get them but there are only 2 options - edit and delete. When I click on edit, my computer window pops up and I need to select a new image. There is no option to save them. I am so desperate and thinking of manually saving all of them (by the way, 1,800+ products that's why I am so crazy now). 

Asking also if there's a way how I could get them in bulk.  I am using Odoo 16.0+e (Enterprise Edition). I emailed the support team of Odoo and they said I can use the database dump. but when I research it, it's gonna be on a zip file. May I know if I can view all the photos and documents there? I am trying to ask the support team that was assigned to me, but they said my concern is under the advanced support through the success pack.
