Is it possible to create a default template for projects, if so how can this be done ?
i use the community version, for managing tasks per customer we like to have 3 columns, new, in progress and ready on creating new projects.

Create a standard project, name it as TEMPLATE or something similar and ask the team to set up new projects by duplicating this project. The duplication is necessary for them to use the same stages. If you don't use duplication, you may end up with multiple stages with the same name.
