I have license keys for both odoo and openerp7 and I'd like to make use of them. Where do I type them in , in the front end or what should I do with them?

I'm talking about the keys that you get if you renew your contract. The keys that you use to get rid of this message:
"Your Odoo is not supported. Upgrade or register your contract"
License keys?
to my knowledgde Openerp or Odoo doesn't need an license file.
There is no license keys on Odoo. Price is not charged by licenses, it's because development, server cost, migration, and that kind of services.
