I am working at Odoo v.10
I am trying to create an application that serves as a document management system. I would like the User Interface to be similar to that of windows explorer (or Dropbox for web-based example).

I want to do it without doing any coding in JavaScript!

I would like to use Qweb for the visualization part as the default views are not sufficient for me and to modify them I need javascript.

1) Is it possible to use Qweb without using it rough a report or trough the kanban view?
2) Is it possible to create a custom view created only with Qweb without any JS?
3) Do you have any better recommendations for achieving the desired view?
