I when restored database Odoo 16 Enterprise on  Odoo 16 Community , it done and it worked on odoo 16 community  but when try open any module this error disply me . 

 @ Is it possible to re-store the Odoo 16 Enterprise database on Odoo 16 Community?

and what is solving for this problem ?

Hi,

The error message indicates that the "mrp.workcenter" model in your Community version doesn't have a field named "employee_costs_hour." This field might be present in the Enterprise version and missing in the Community version. So directly restoring an Odoo 16 Enterprise database into an Odoo 16 Community instance is not recommended.
