Hello, I am wondering if it would be possible to have Odoo locally installed, paired with a cloud installation? Or am I just asking for trouble?

My thought is this.. If we're going to do a cloud install, we'll be out of work if/when the internet goes out.  That way, we can at least still function if someone were to call in, or in the case we were doing any sort of work, we'd be able to continue.  I appreciate any input on this!

So, I answered my own question.. The answer is yes.  You can have a cloud instance, that would communicate with the local instance at a set time in the day.
