Hello.

I wanted to try out Odoo, so I installed it according to the official guide. (https://www.odoo.com/documentation/14.0/administration/install.html)

But when i try to start it, it tells me that the database isnt initialised.

Jun 26 10:08:12 odoo python3[2344]: 2021-06-26 10:08:12,189 2344 ERROR ? odoo.modules.loading: Database odoo not initialized, you can force it with `-i base`

So i tried running it with the -i base option, and now it crashes. 

Help would be appreciated.

OS: Ubuntu 20.04
