If its a problem due to wkhtmltopdf version, this can solve it. Also check how to update wkhtmltopdf given in same link.
Can you tell us what exact problem for your end.Footer Not Coming or Footer Design Not Coming Proper means it show in Right Side on Report.
Which Version of wkhtmltopdf install on your PC.
if higher then 0.12.0 then it's dangerous.
install manually wkhtmltopdf 0.12.0.
