Odoo 16 create new payment providers and display order on website

Question

Hi dears,
Kindly, could someone help us understanding the following:
a - Cannot find out any "create" button, how do we create a new payment provider (payment acquirers)?
b - Cannot find any way to change ecommerce display order for payment providers: even though we do drag on back-end, display order is not being changed on front-end.

Hi,
You can find new button in top right, if you open any payment provider, try creating a new provider from there and see, if everything goes fine.
Not sure if it is allowed to add a payment provider from the ui as the new/create button is hidden from the kanban view

Much appreciate dear Niyas.

Need to open any individual payment provider.

Neither kanban, nor list view, both do not provide per default a "new" button.

Need to be enabled manually on edit list or kanban view on debug mode.
