I have Odoo 15 Enterprise SaaS, how can I access the source code of the instance I have in the cloud to be able to modify it?

Hi,
Odoo saas instance can be modified via only by odoo studio or using the developer mode tools. You cannot get the source code used in your saas instance.
If you just need to see the source code of corresponding saas version, you can get it from odoo github repositories if you have access to it.

You can't. Only self hosted or Odoo.sh hosted instances give you access to the source code.
