After create new database with email and password when i login into new database with email and password it gives error Wrong login/password when i check the res_user table the user not found

please help out whats the problem in odoo

Note res_user table shows only admin and demo user record when i login with admin user it allow login into odoo but showing only text "NO RESULT" on screen
