Hello!
I'm having lots of problems when restoring my database from an old pc to a new one.
i know that the version change may affect, so I've installed same version on both machines, and still get the next message
Database restore error: Postgres subprocess ('C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Odoo 13.0\\PostgreSQL\\bin\\pg_restore.exe', '--dbname=Galgus', '--no-owner', 'C:\\WINDOWS\\TEMP\\tmpn9r5kxmv') error 1
Does anyone knows how to do the restore/backup?

I think its happen for postgrees version,In your backup file is different pg version and new install odoo pg different v ersion.
Check the postgree version and install same version downgrade pg.
