I have an error with importing data csv in Odoo, the system is stuck at loading, when I viewed the log file I found this : 

2014-11-26 08:28:20 CET ERROR:  could not obtain lock on row in relation "res_users"
2014-11-26 08:28:20 CET STATEMENT:  SELECT id FROM res_users WHERE id=1 FOR UPDATE NOWAIT

what it does mean ? how I can fix it ?
