Hello Dharmesh,
You need to add your custom group in the menu which you want to display and for you need to override the odoo menu item for that please follow the below code:
<record model="ir.ui.menu" id="module_id.menu_id">
<field name="groups_id" eval="[(6,0,[ref('group_vender')])]"/>
</record>
