I am trying to create a product With Service Type and Can be expense option. But i only see Can be Sold and Can be Purchased Option. Is there any settings for that?.. Please Help, i am using odoo14.

Unless mistaken - this field is only present when the "Expense" app is installed.
Did you install it?
