We assign employees to tasks and constantly update their assignments. We need a way that allows us to see all the assigned employees and on which tasks. We also need to be able to see the allocated time assigned to each employee on their tasks, their deadline and be able to adjust the schedule from one screen.
We can do that in Odoo using Gantt View on the Tasks:
1. Assign your employees to the tasks either from the tasks themselves or in bulk from the List View:
2. Switch to the Gantt View and you will be able to see all of the assigned employees on planned tasks and be also able to update their assignments:
