How do you enable a currency other than the company currency for an analytic account?
For example in the case where the Company is in USD but they run projects (Budgets and Suppliers etc) in other currencies. I can have Multi-currency working on the General ledger with secondary currencies but cannot assign different currency to the Analytic account.
Going to try creating dummy companies that have the Currencies I need as their default Currency. Then Assign Analytic Accounts to them as for the currency I need.
Not Sure if i need Module Multi-Currency Analytic Accounting in Project account-analytic on launchpad for main company to see and use those Analytic accounts.
I have the same problem as you. Did you find an other solution?
No I didn't. But so far it seems that the proposed solution we tried is working. It is now being used in production and we are keeping an eye on it.
