I would like to know how can I set a product in my inventory which has two different unit of measure? Some clients want the fuel in tonnes while other prefer m3. How can I configure it in my inventory app?

The product has to have the same reference UoM, to be able to sell in different UoM.
Tonnes is a measure of weight
m3 is a measure of volume
Thus Odoo cannot make the conversion.
You could still accomplish this by creating a new ton UoM which has the reference of volume. Then you would have to set the conversion factor using the density of said fuel.
