How to redirect other web portal to Odoo pages ?

Hi,
Version: Odoo 11.0
I have one web-site and Odoo Sales Order reference number, now i want to place a link in my web site and by clicking this link open Odoo Sales Order page by providing Odoo credentials .
I just want to know how i jump from my Other website to Odoo Pages by uRL and by Odoo credentials ?

If you are having the portal access then you will be able to see the portal form page. You will not able to see the content of the backend.
So it is better to create a new portal page in a controller and set that link in the website. In the controller, you can take the data from the database and will be able to display all the things by using the templates and python codes.
