I am trying to prevent the creation of duplicate leads and customers for a direct sales (b2c) system where prospects might complete lead forms from multiple offers (even existing customer might complete a form). If I can make phone numbers and emails unique I should be able to prevent duplicate leads. Any help would be apreciated, thanks in advance.
