we all know that we can import data into odoo from excel or csv files,
my question is that can we import data from a pdf file?
if yes can anyone kidnly tell me how can we do it?

No, In odoo there is no option to import data from PDF file.
Note: if your pdf has fix layout structure similar to excel then there are some services/OCR which can convert PDF to excel like
