i am unable to hide user menu "My odoo account" any one please help me

You will need to inherit the portal.user_dropdown template and add class to hide the menu.

Inherit the template portal.user_dropdown
And using xpath, replace the /my/home.

inherit_id=“portal”.user_dropdown>
