How to configure permission to user edit your own employee info?

Question

I created users (with role Employee on Employee Aplication), employees and made the realationship betwen their. Then y created the record rule to only show your own info (In the kaban view of employees only show the employee authenticated) and they can edit your info, but sometimes, when the employee save your info, show the messange:
Access Denied, (Document Type: Employee, Operation: read error)

Thank you for you response,
This error is showing sometimes, because we have 200 user and only to some users had this error, but after doing test trial and error by field on form, I find a field that has restriction to edit, I did read about hierarchy by model.
Excuse me, I am new with Odoo :)

can you give us the record rules you create, and explain what is sometimes ? (I think we need to have a case to reproduce this error, so we can help you.)
