My client has a guy as a quotation builder and need to assign salesperson to sale order according to automated route based one creation action like
SO0001>>assign salesperson = 1
SO0002>>assign salesperson = 2
SO0003>>assign salesperson = 3
SO0004>>assign salesperson = 1
SO0005>>assign salesperson = 2
...etc
i will think, but i am more analyst/configuration/deep knowledge of odoo, but not python. but i will check how i can help you.

I think yes but need piece of code to do that...could you help
by default you can try work from another point of view. contacts(customers->assign sales person).
so by default quotation creator can be me, but assigned sales person will be from contact.

No need to assign salesperson at the first we need to assign them at the time of creation based on this schema
