I am using Odoo V11 when I add an inventory item to a BOM in Manufacturing that I don't have any of it creates a negative forecasted qty. However when I create a PO to purchase it and confirm my PO the forecasted qty does not update. Is this not the way forecasted qty is meant to work, or are there specific steps I need to follow for my purchase order?

When Manufacturing order is Created then used Bom’s forcasted quantity will get in Negative quantity.
When Purchase order is created at that time Forcasted quantity will get in positive.
Steps To Do :-
1. Create a Product and onhand Quantity as 0.0 and forcasted quantity as 0.0.
2. Create a Bom product and onhand Quantity as 0.0 and forcasted quantity as 0.0.
3. When a manufacturing order and click on save button, so the Bom forcasted quantity will be in Negative.
4. When a Purchase order is created and confirm PO at that time Forcasted quantity will get in positive.

Sales order gives negative Forecasted and Replenishment gives Positive.
