We mostly have online events (webinars) and we use Odoo to publish and handle them. However we can't find a way to create an event without a physical location., so we have to use "Online".
I've been in brief contact with Odoo's support that wrote:
"The webinar option is available in Odoo 16."
No matter how much I search I can't find a guide for creating a webinar.
As far as I can tell we're using "saas-16.3"
Does anyone know how to crate a webinar in Odoo?
You first need to activate the "Live Broadcast" function under events-> configurations->settings -> schedule & Tracks.
Once this is activated, you can create "Tracks" in the events and add a "You tube video link" to them. For "live" events, you have to schedule a stream on YouTube, add the link in Odoo and the same schedule.

I’m in Odoo 18 Saas/Online and I do not see that Live Broadcast option. Using free forever version for now. Wonder that is the issue?

Did you manage to figure it out Mogens? I also need to go webinar in Events in Odoo and can’t figure it out. Or even how to send the link to the video meeting, or a link to feedback to the attendees. Creating the events I think I have that ok. But webinar events - no. You...?
