welcome, i want to migrate journal items data with attachments from odoo community to odoo enterprise i tried to export data from favourite in community and use action button in enterprise to import these data but still no upload attachments files with it.. how can i do it

Attachments related to journal items are stored in the filestore on the server. when you make a migration you should not only start a code on a new database, but you should also copy this filestore.
Please check these references to move the filestore for copy of the attachments

You can submit your database to odoo it will convert automatically into Ent with your attachments
