anyone who has any idea how to fix the error when trying to upload a custom chart of accounts?

I installed Accounting&Finance and I did not use the existing accounting chart of accounts. It is currently empty. When I try to import my custom chart of accounts in Accounting - Configuration - Accounts- Accounts- Import, there is an error when I try to upload it.

this is the error I encounter:
