Compliance reports for Hypur based on Point of Sale or Delivery orders can be generated by exporting data from Odoo.
With some additional fields added to the Invoice Line model with Odoo Studio, you can create a Menu for your Compliance Reports and match the schema the Hypur portal requires for upload.
You can do this yourself, have an Odoo Partner help or have your Odoo Quick Start Consultant help.
