Custom addon-path not working in linux VPS.

Question

I've installed the enterprise edition of odoo 15 in a linux VPS server.
I want to add custom modules in that instance, i've added the addons-path in "odoo-server.conf" file , But when i update the modules list the custom module doesn't seems to be appear.
What do i need to do make the custom modules appears?

Please check the permissions of the addon folders (755 for folders, 644 for files) and update the apps list in Odoo.

Mr.Ermin I've installed it on outside root directory and i've tried to give permissions but it doesn't works

Hi Yuvaraj,
do you have to restart the odoo service after the change in the .conf file
Try to check the manifest file and custom_addons folder permission, activate the developer mode and  update all
