I made a part-localization of Odoo modules into my native language, and after installation of new modules, e.g. Purchases, some its menu items and form hints stays in english, and after manual importing of base module PO file everything becomes translated correctly, so is there any command to update a specific PO file automatically (or any sql-script)?
