Is it possible to automatically generate a task for a specific user in Odoo when automatically creating a production order?

When creating an order for a product not available in stock, we have to create a production order, and we'd like to inform the production manager of this new item to be produced.

We've seen that we can manually add a note and notify the person, but we'd like to know if it's possible to do this automatically.
