I am running odoo 13 community edition.

I took a postgresql dump format of the database and restored it to a new instance (different server), I successfully restored the database and I had an issue with the instance which resulted in data loss like attachments (uploaded files) are missing.

However, attachments (uploaded files) are still missing in new server.But in old server attachments (uploaded files) are still there.

In new server i have uploaded some new attachments (created new records), I need the old attachments (files) on the new server without losing the new attachments (files).

What should I do.
