Add and delete a tree row when clicking checkbox?

Question

I have a tree view in a notebook page within the account.payment model. I want to add or delete a row value in the tree when clicking Is_TDS checkbox 'True'. The tree has model name account.tds.line and have manytoone relation with account.payment whereas account.payment have onetomany relation.
