When following the Purchase module course, in the first vidéo I have seen that the teacher added manually a unit price when performing a RFQ.

• Are we supposed to have suppliers' prices up to date?
  

• For products for which the price may change in time, what best practice can we adopt?

It would be nice if someone can give me feedback on these. Thanks :-)
