There seems to almost enough information in the forums to change a theme via views. In a gist, Ray Carnes gets us almost there, but the menu and buttons are unchanged.
It's unfortunate that the system won't allow me to post either the link to the gist nor image of the menu bar, or I would have included those additional resources.
Does anyone know how to use XML and views to change the buttons and menu colours in version 18?
