Hello, Emilio of the multiverse! 🌐
The answer is easy, you will see...
In the working schedule form, you will find a button that says "Switch to 2 weeks calendar" and you may wonder how it works. Well, instead of having a work schedule based on just one week, you can have one for two weeks. What does this mean? This will allow you to indicate that perhaps in the first week your employees will work certain days at certain hours and in the second week, other days at other hours.
With that said, let's solve your case 🥳
Step 1: Go to Working Schedules > Select the one you need to modify > Click on the button: "Switch to 2 weeks calendar"."

Then, you will notice that Odoo added a new column called "Week," which indicates the week to which the schedules belong, and more lines for the days of the week as I show below:

Then, just modify the schedule of the first week and the second week in this case the result will look like this:
First Week:

Second Week:

So if we go to planning we want to check:
Note: The squares in gray represent the hours/days out of the schedule.
Week 1:
Week:

Day:

Week 2:
Week:

Day:

But your given answer will work like 1st week, 3rd week, 5th week, and so on. but what if a company rest week every month like in the same month they follow 1 and 3rd Saturday holiday. if there is 5 weeks in a month then even they only give leave on the 1st and 3rd Saturday. How will this work?
