On BikeExchange the dealers can present their assortment online with little effort, customers can get information online, compare articles and prices, and then order from a dealer or go shopping in a shop. Brands, models, prices, color variations or sizes - on BikeExchange the customer has the choice, gets advice and service and yet leaves the sales where they belong - in an established bike shop. Der Kreditorenprozess wurde vollständig digitalisiert, einschliesslich KI-gestützter Rechnungsprüfung und -verarbeitung. Mit sechs Standorten in der Schweiz haben wir eine Lösung implementiert, die landesweit den Betrieb unterstützt, sowie eine automatisierte Betriebsbuchhaltung, die wertvollen Einblicke zur Bewertung der Filialleistung bietet. Nach dem Go-Live haben wir einen Post-Go-Live Hypercare Support bereitgestellt, um einen reibungslosen Übergang zu gewährleisten. Die nächste Phase des Projekts, die Integration der Geschäftsprozesse mit POS, Lagerverwaltung, Einkauf, Service und Webshops, ist bereits in Arbeit und wird am 1. Juli 2025 live gehen.
