Frequently Asked Questions
Once a visitor clicks on a link you share, if they do a free trial or buy a subscription within 31 days, the sale gets attributed to you. From that day, you'll get 10% of commission on the customer subscription.
If the sale is done by an official partner, you won't have the commission as the partner gets the preference. If a customer clicks on multiple affiliation links or Ads, we attribute to the last one clicked only.
You get 10% commission on the Odoo Online or Odoo Enterprise subscription, for one year. For example, if it's a monthly subscription, you'll get 10% of the monthly invoice every month, for one year.
We pay your commission 90 days after we get a payments for your subscriptions. That lead time allow us to deduce refunds and fraudulent payments. From your portal, you can claim anytime you want after these 90 days.
You must comply with the Referral Program Policies, including restrictions on paid advertising, brand bidding, direct linking, self referrals, and other prohibited promotional methods. Failure to comply may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions. 자세한 정보
