where I can find the register payment button in Accounting?

You can find this button in account_voucher/account_voucher_pay_invoice.xml [1]

You find this button at the top of the Customer Invoice document. The Invoice must be Open in order to be able to register a payment for it. Also, you need to make sure you have the "eInvoicing & Payments" module installed.
