I am in a nature archery club in belgium (near Wavre), we have about 140 members and I am looking for a software to be able to manage it.
Basically, we need to manage members, events, and have some basic accounting capabilities. Currently, as the accounting can be done more ore less easily with LibreOffice, members management is a nightmare.
My question is: how to use Odoo to integrate this ? Is it possible to do it for free?

Odoo has a club vertical. Also a non profit. But it invoices per user which, in our association, is not a good fit unless we all connect with the same login.
Dolibarr is a tiny ERP and proposes DoliAsso. HelloConnect, ERPNext, Spond, Mobilize, Raklet, Yapla, JoinIt, AssoConnect, PepsUp, Kananas, ...(Google and AIs are your friends...) may answer your needs. Spond looks great.
Odoo community may answer too , zero cost but the server (Sisalp proposes for almost free)...
WordPress too has Member press, events payments etc. extensions...
