The easiest way to do that for future orders would be upon creating the purchase order, you can choose the warehouse you want to receive the item to like so:

For the purchase orders currently validated, you can either cancel --> Set to Draft --> Choose the warehouse you want --> confirm the purchase order again, this will solve your issue but will cancel the previous receipt and create a new one, or if you only have a few, i suggest editing them manually so that you do not end up with 2 receipt (one cancelled and the real one) for each order.
