Good afternoon to see if anyone can give me light with this.

I have a case of some products when was created it, it was created with the method of cost price set as REAL. The issue is when you add land cost with the purchase cost distribution, the cost price is not updated as it only works if it is set to AVERAGE price.

When I change the product from Real to Average Price and when I add the land cost and update the cost through purchase cost distribution, in the cost price field shows me the cost of the total value of the inventory of the product, NOT the cost price per unit as it should be.

Can someone please guide me how I can solve this problem? I need to be able to correct the products of real price to average price and to be able to add the land costs and  update correctly the price cost (per unit) in the product
