How can a Manager track the PKI of it's team. (Let say sales team?)

Seems Reporting is key to achieve this, but still uncertain on how to view it (beside the graph bars). And also how to set alerts to enable notifications when an employee meet's it's goal. (Let say 10th close ring the manager)

I guess these elments are covered on the gamification factor inserted in OpenERP.
